Multiple account for crafting

Hi New World support,

I wanted to ask if it is againts the rules of having multiple account for crafting daily materials cooldown example asmodeum.

Any reason why the account got banned for trading ? I did not used any 3rd party malicious

just want to call it out , i pay real money for all these account and i have spend effort to level up them to the level which they can start to smelting. now all i got is banned for trading ?

Specifically no…you will not be banned for playing 2 accounts if you are not using some macro program or 3rd party program. I often feed farmed materials to a lower account so raise refining skills. I now have 3 accounts who can make Asmodium or any other item necessary for trade.

I have a problem now , i have a few account unable to trade out… i am not sure whats going on there.

Welcome to our forums, always happy to “see new faces” in the community.

To answer your question we might need a little more info as in, how are you performing those trades. You can use the trading post and you can link your items into the chat. You could also engage in direct trading with another player. How are you trading your materials?

Regarding the " i pay real money for all these account and i have spend effort to level up them to the level which they can start to smelting" we would refer you to our Terms of service:

2.6 In game items:
“You agree that you have no ownership or property interest in any of the In-Game Items that we attribute to your account, or to any Game Content we authorize you to access, regardless of any effort, real-world money or other consideration you may have exchanged for access to an In-Game Item or Game Content.”

A reason for getting banned is trading In-games items or currency for real life money.
This can be reviewed in our code of conduct:

3rd point:

"Do not: exploit bugs or other unintended uses of game features.

Do not cheat, bot, hack, or use other software or services that give you an unfair advantage through, for example, unattended gameplay or game modifications.

Do not engage in real-money trading of in-game items and in-game currencies.

that didnt answer his questions.
what he is asking is if it is allowed to have multiple accounts to make more CD of asmo, phoenixweave and runic leather.
and yes that is allowed as long as you follow tos/eula.

Multi-boxing is allowed as far as I know. So yes you can buy as many accounts as you want, just don’t automate stuff.

But don’t “new accounts” have chat & trade lock until you hit a specific number of hours?

lvl 10 and 72 hours so yes there is restrictions which in this case is fair :sunglasses:

Hi Devonk,

I can use trading post , i can buy stuff , i can engage direct trading with another players.

Other players can trade me the item , but i cant trade them anything at all . hope this explain.

@DevonK - It shows “You are unable to trade items away” . But i can still buy and sell in TP and received item .

All accounts which are >lvl 10 and 72 hours as well.
