I need to get the bot playing music out of my house in BW or I want all of my money back

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to action on bots in-game but I’ve included some information below that might be helpful.

  1. I’ve highly recommend you report any bots to our Game Moderation team. To report a bot, you can submit a report either in-game or off-game. There are instructions here: Report a Player or Company - Support | Amazon Games. The off-game version allows you to include links for the team to review.

  2. You can also disable other players’ musical performance audio in the Settings tab. I’ve included an image of what the setting looks like.

The audio isnt an issue. The visual part of the music performance makes the house unusable. The bot itself is not visible, only the visual and audio portion of their interference.

If it cant be fixed, I want my money back.

Ahhh gotcha. I’ve heard that feedback about the visual aspects of the musical instruments but having it in your house 24/7, especially if it’s not…a great performance is frustrating.

Ya, they are really dropping the ball right now.

  • Two of my houses have not calculated with rep and town board rep for a month.
  • One of my homes is right next to a town entry, and there are always people there playing music, invading the space.
  • Farming mats is getting tiresome as there is rarely anything available to farm unless you camp the area for 20 minutes.
  • Bots are everywhere, I mean everywhere…and they only seem to be growing.
  • Cheaters in PVP makes PVP pointless.

I am finding it increasingly more difficult to log in.

Checked this with another player who was not in a group with me, They can see the visual part of the bot performance from outside and inside the house.

how do you know it’s a bot?
I ve also sometimes practiced in my house too

I really don’t believe the issue to be with bots, but as people who just want to sit in their house to level their music instead of annoying everyone in world. sadly this still just annoys people.

Do you mean that the menu to enter the house doesn’t appear?
