Does the last buff skill for Music (150), called “Luck´s Labor - Increases luck when gathering” works only for professionals (skinning, mining, etc) luck or also for overall luck (chests or drop)?

Since gathering and loot luck are separate I would assume that this only applies to gathering luck. Would have been nice if they made it apply to both though. The music buffs unfortunately are not too great. We have been giving that feedback since PTR opened, otherwise it’s a phenomenal skill.
