Musket player unrightfully banned, evidence in post

I have been falsely banned for cheating. I am sending this post in because the support for amazon games has refused to review the information I have provided that proves my innocence. There has been a recent issue with people being falsely banned due to the reporting system of New World. Ehip a good buddy of mine, who was also in the call when I got banned, recently made a post that has gained a decent amount of traction. This post regards muskets getting mass reported and banned for being good on musket. The funny thing for me, is you can watch my vod and realize I am not hacking by simply watching me miss 5 musket shots in a row. This happens multiple times throughout the entire vod.
Let me give context in what led to my ban

I started my opr day by streaming all of my oprs as musket. I did this because I am a healer main and want to troll my gov into slotting me on dex : ). I had a rough first game and started really picking it up in my second game. I continued to go on from there when my buddy on the other team, sent me a dm saying “TURN OF THE BOT” see 1:37:10 in the vod. After chatting he sent me what the other team was saying about me. All information regarding the ban will be posted in the bottom of the post. I continued to musket and didn’t receive any messages regarding my supposed cheating. I was than banned at the end of the stream, See 3:52:35. I than also provided my task manager as I have nothing to hide and have not cheated. See 3:53:38. This post would not have been made if the entire appeal process wasn’t completely automated. I posted the first appeal which has the same evidence listed in the bottom of this post. I was then sent an automated response. You can tell it is automated due to the fact that they said I would still be suspended on Lost Ark. I proceeded to tell them in my second appeal that I haven’t played Lost Ark since April. I told them that I would like a non automated response and that is kind of what they responded with. You can see the copy and paste cut out in the second response listed below. But Amazon Games, your so called specialist need to take 5 minutes out of their day, watch a vod and realize that I don’t cheat. In fact I am a mid musket at best.

Seeing as I was told by the customer support team that is in charge of appeals to fuck off, I realize this post isn’t going to do anything that changes my ban time. I have seen plenty of posts that the community managers hold no control over account bans. I am here making this post so those same community managers can finally answer the questions of the automated reporting system and send feedback to them on how the system can change. The support team that is in charge of account bans is also horrendous. I am not trying to slander them in any way. I understand that they are trained to copy and paste text regarding bans. However, at least copy and paste the right game I am getting banned for. I keep saying banned but it is a suspension for 3 days. It says 2 days in the text but doesn’t lift until friday. So 3 days. That also needs to be changed. This post was merely made out of frustration. I can’t even mess around on a different build than my main build without getting banned in the process. Here is all the information/evidence mentioned throughout the text.

I am simply upset that I was told to provide substantial information to help the appeal go through. I not only provided the entire vod of me playing, in said vod I even showed my task manager. I don’t know what more evidence I can supply that is more substantial than that. I humbly ask any of y’all who see this to like the post and comment so it gains traction. Love the game, but it is sad to see that the customer support for a billion dollar company fails to help me in my endeavors. I can’t imagine it even being remotely possible to get unbanned if you don’t even have a vod.

Your actions are illegal. Your actions are against EU GDPR. You ban people every day without reason. Your don’t give them the real reason of the ban. You don’t give information to them.

Your reporting system is exploitable and absolutely trashy.

How many posts of unfair bans with evidence you want to see? How many to remove this bad design system?

Every day community face these issue.

I’ve forwarded this to the Game Moderation team but as we’ve mentioned before, no one on the forums has the ability to address in-game moderation bans. All further discussion will be from them and will only involve the impacted player and the GM team.
