I didn’t report your name in game or on the report feature on the Dev site, I simply posted and said that on a 1000 to 400 point slaughter you had over 30 kills, were killing people immediately. Also this exploit works with any off hand weapon in the same way, I just asked around asking about other exploits with the musket to people and someone brought me to a fort and we dueled as well as watched a stream on the dummies and showed me with a bow. They also did the same thing in a duel with a hatchet and they got the defy death perk with their musket.
The musket is flat out killing OPR, truly the only place people use the weapon. Kinda funny how everyone started using muskets when this current wave of exploits started making their way through the game.

yeah BoogaFlu and Fed are also exploiting this in open world pvp. not sure about wars.

This actually works for every weapon you can get death defy from the hatchet on the great axe for example, you can do 2k plus damage with a life staff with bow off hand

absolutely insane that this is still on the forums and there’s been no response to this post or the other one about the glitch. even if people aren’t abusing it in wars (they are) the issue is ruining people’s motivation to play and instilling doubts about the integrity of the game. We saw people quit mid war in a war last night and the army basically gave up halfway through after everyone started suspecting the glitch was being abused. Someone glitches out the tp and makes some extra starmetal and the tp is shut down immediately and there’s a message about it when you log in, people have been abusing this glitch for months and we get no response?

Yeah the glitch works for any weapon, I have seen people in OPR running Death Defy greatsword, Greatsword with GA perks (movespeed when chasing/30% bonus damage after hitting 10 times). It’s pretty bad.

At the end of the day I could exploit but chose not to. Hell i found out how to do the exploit on my own but as one of the better muskets on the server along with constant accusations I’m not gonna be able to look myself in the mirror and break my code of ethics. Cheaters deserve to be banned.

The musket use with it is obviously the most/highest offender. However, the string of invincible non-hatchet melee running up and killing groups in a couple hits is starting to filter in now that people know it works on every weapon.
There are a slew of players using this exploit. I don’t like ban reporting players but I dislike CHEATERS immensely. GET RID OF MUSKET and please fix this glitch that multiple players are exploiting. I have a list of suspected players but no proof except for the ones using hatchet as their off hand weapon and I see immortal continuously pop up, meaning Defy Death. Devs please respond. I love OPR (although I feel like we need more maps to battle in) but I do not want to enter OPR because of these cheats.
i mean i agree, but they don’t get banned. so why not play around with different builds with it. you’re nerfing yourself using it with anything outside of musket. mainly because musket uses nothing but the musket.
and you can’t be the best musket player on the server, you don’t pay a 50$ subscription

Have played against Elyx7 for a long time. Can confirm he does not cheat. He is just that guy.
As I wrote above, I did not report him in game or on the cheat/exploit player site. Although in a landslide of a 12 minute OPR he was immediately at 30 plus kills and immediately at the 15 cap for empowerment. One of two things are happening, 1. Musket is an absolute unbalanced weapon and needs to be erased (which I explained in my comments on this glitch thread) or 2. The player is exploiting something. Hopefully logs or something can clear players names.
Yes, remove this exploit. But please don’t accuse people of cheating without evidence. Having 30kills and max ME is not uncommon in opr, especially for someone running 5con
