Muskets are not nerfed

Mortal Empowerment not touch for 5 months…………………………. They don’t know how to balance. They are legitimately just fucking terrible at balancing.

Do I need to laugh on this comment or to cry?
if you zig zag, musket will try to shot you (or always shot u if he use aimbot) until you are close enough and than just start running with permanent 10% move speed and you can try to chase him even the whole OPR game time he wont turn until he is 50+ meters away from you.
I really don’t know who in a bright mind gives the permanent move speed to bows and muskets when they are already at range and people need to try to reach them. Its always a chase game when you try to reach them without using GreatAxe talent passive.

The gun jams when 2 bullets enter the chamber together, when the ignition does not trigger properly (faulty ammo) or when the semi-auto does not reset back to position.
It’s common in war cause you do not have the time to maintain/clean/lubricate your gun properly. You also have to fire a large amount of bullets.

I don’t know why people are saying mortal empowerment is the issue, it’s just symptom of the disease.

Not seeing many posts saying “great sword is op because of mortal empowerment”

Should be pretty obvious at this point that the risk isn’t really there with musket hence why they can get it to stack so high

I would love for then to make it happen. Everyone who say shrinking should shrink in game. That would be soooo funny.

yeah,its not. i got a shot in a opr run today.it took mine 5k hp, yeah you heard me. i mean, wth.
if you got a shot and it hurts in opr, i purely surggest you just use potion immediately and take cover as soon as possible,you would not want to take another shot, im sure about that.

Even lead designers have to fix shit when revenue is dropping… In game industry designers are not leads, the accountants are.

Yep. Their balance team is low quality. Seems like all ppl there have 0 experience is job they are doing.

Dunno how they expected to make online game with out hiring ppl with experience in this field.

Problem is that people spent thousands for this ring and now you want to take away it? It was terrible decision to even add this perk, what just by name is strong. Anyway not only muskets or bows use this perk, everyone does thats why in OPR people hit like trucks, if u add to this rends its instant oneshot.

Make this hundreds of thousands. It took me 80 crafts to get mine as I wanted it. And around 250 PvP tracks done to get all the carthago tonics for 80 crafts.
Safe to say this was the most time I ever invested in anything.

I just bought ME+ void+ slow for 25k? Ofc I agree this perk must be nerfed or rework its just too good… if u have premade group after 2-3 won fights you are unstoppable.

Its easier to make now with scarabs. And your perks are not the ones I wanted.

I bought it for my VG/IG on void blade, I only wanted to ME+void damage slow is for extra slow time from orb thats all…

I spent millions to get it . But please nerf or replace the perk.

Mortal empowerment needs to be removed from the game.

Respectfully my gold cap Keenly Empowered Anchor Hammer before it was nerfed could say the same. MY ONCE BIS BEAUTIFUL ANCHOR IS 2.5 perker now lol. Mortal Empowerment just amplifies the issue with Range users way easier than other classes.

The devs said it themselves in a dev video one or two back. “Range is hard to balance, musket is super bad in PVE and very strong in PVP, very hard to balance” WHILE WE SIT HERE with a perk that allows people snowball that are already shitting on people to become stronger and shit on them even harder in PVP only. Idk what they were thinking and I am shocked that they can be this ignorant to the perk after 5 months.

Even if they nerfed Mortal Empowerment by 50% the perk would still be insane and still probably be the go to choice for any range user. They have created a monster of a perk with no sight on when they will actual do anything about it, and when they do finally do something it will still probably be very very strong.

If the dev know the weapon is unbalanced, they should fix it…. Instead of trying to tell us it’s a pvp weapon and not a PVE weapon… the current buff (intended nerf) was proof that they could adjust the damage via distance slider… so just reduce the damage above 50m…

I am not sure how many of you guys fired a musket to think that it is easy to snipe someone 100m away. There is also recoil with each shot that is not featured in the game. Make it realistic. Add recoil to each shot

I mean they could add a passive that’s PvE only that allows the damage to snowball
