- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The musket talent “Back it up” does not function thats it, never has. You get the buff and see the visual effect but receive no actual increase in movement speed. Tested a dozen times running next to another player and being chased by say a wolf. even though the buff is displayed on my character we both move the same speed.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Mild annoyance, balancing issue in pvp.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No the bug has been up since day one
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Take the back it up perk and run near enemies to see you move no faster
