Mutated dungeon progression lost because of "lag detected"

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Devaloka
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I used my mutated dungeon key and was doing the level 1 Mutated Lazarus when all my party got lag detected and disconnected. We logged in again and finished the dungeon, but it didn’t count and we can’t play the level 2 dungeon. I would like to get my dungeon key refunded if it’s possible.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I lost my mutated dungeon key and didn’t get progression.
