I think they forgot to run the script to update the cooldown time from 7 days to 3 days. Their script runner guy only comes in once at the end of the month to do his job. So unfortunately we’re going to have to wait until 3/31 to get this change now.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully they are able to resolve the issue sooner and/or give out some sort of compensation.
