This is a known issue they are looking into.

[Notice] Known Issue with Leaderboard Rewards

Greetings Adventurers! We’re aware of an issue that caused some players to not receive their rewards from Leaderboards. Currently this issue is affecting specific characters and does not appear to be account wide. While we are investigating a fix for this issue, Customer Service will be unable to award missing rewards. Did you complete every mutation level m1-10 or did you skip some? Meaning you have a check mark next to a level instead of gold/silver.
