Last night, I checked my cooldowns for both buying the orb from the faction vendor and the stonecutting bench. They were minutes apart.
I set an alarm based on the stonecutting bench’s timer. It just went off.
Bought my orb from the vendor. Went to the stonecutting bench and can’t craft the orb for another 1d 2h.
…what.
And I think that’s all I can take for this. I’ll be on the lookout to see if any competent developers and management get hired. Amazing game, absolutely ruined by incompetence.

The day before patch day, I logged out in front of the faction vendor specifically to buy the orb first thing on patch day. And I did. I tried to craft the orb immediately after, but there was the bug preventing things from pulling from storage, so I had to go grab stuff then go back to the bench.
Last night, I explicitly checked both of the faction vendor and the stonecutting bench for the sole purpose of setting an alarm to craft them as soon as they were up. The timer on the stonecutting bench was roughly +1m 30s from the vendor’s time. I set my alarm based on the stonecutting bench’s cooldown.
I am not unsure about this in any way, shape, or form. This is 100% certainty it should have been up and ready, and instead I have to wait another 26 hours.
