What server/world did you experience your issue on: Valhalla (US East)
Describe the issue you are experiencing: We were on pace for gold Mutated Dungeons Level 8, and were wiped by a bug revolving around the falling rocks inside of the Greenkeepers Boss room 2-3 times.
Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Impossible to pass the M8 Dungeons for multiple reasons revolving around scaling, dying to unexpected bugs (i.e. Void stacking on downed players instantly killing them, Fallen rocks not protecting alive players and insta-killing them once ultimate is used by end boss (genesis), etc.)
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. The M8+ Dungeons are over tuned and there are too many bugs revolving around the mutated dungeon to be able to complete them successfully consistently. We did 5 M8 dungeons and experienced game breaking bugs, and numerous amounts of lag detected screens (which killed our team in boss fights/falling off bridges/getting double or triple waved by Alluvum Marl, etc).

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Please test scaling of bosses past Mutation 8+ at the required gear score or above and you’ll notice how difficult the scaling is in favor of losing as someone who is adequately prepared & knowledgeable at passing the threshold. Doing both Genesis bosses M8+ you’ll notice that it is pretty common to die to uncontrollable factors (skull waves double and triple proccing, rocks exploding and insta-killing everyone alive during, enemies inconsistently hitting higher and lower within the same scaling without empowerment.)
Our group is extremely frustrated dealing with these bugs, feeling like we’ve wasted our time this week grinding and are not planning on participating on the further dungeons for the week considering the game breaking bugs we’ve encountered and don’t want to waste our Mutated orbs and time until they are fully fleshed out and fixed. (Also our team is looking to see if we can have our 2 orbs refunded that we’ve used for the week in our 5 man chains we’ve been attempting Genesis on in Valhalla if possible. (US East)).

Yeah a lot of the underlying issues revolving around Expeditions and Mutations I feel have been tested inadequately by QA Team Members/Representatives from AGS. It sucks to see how magnified these problems become once the community starts to grind & see the cracks in the game for what they really are. I hope a number of people who have the same issues speak up to ensure the community that’s left on the game are heard.

12 Days no reply from AGS. I know that there is a litany of bug issues that are apparent if anyone seeing this just sorts by time posted, but for my due diligence just bumping this post so these issues don’t get swept under the rug & affect future Genesis gamers doing mutations.
Honestly the devs at this game is prioritizing content over fixing already released content which is so sad. the fact that the running movement bug is still in the game is beyond me.
It’s a sad truth with the current situation, but I’m hopeful that they will start to change the next few months to improve the game & listen to QA Feedback from the people who play it the most. Once the game is “playable” instead of creating artificial incentives to do existing content I believe a lot more of the previous player base might return.
