Mutation key not added to my inventory after finishing Dynasty

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: After I finished the Dynasty dungeon for the first time, after last boss kill I get screen stating I gained a lv1 Codex entry and mutation key. But the key was not added to my inventory
• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I lost a mutation key so very
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: NO
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Play Dynasty dungeon first the first time after the Dynasty mutation was added to get your codex entry, you are supposed to get the mutation key as well, but the key is not added to the inventory afterward.

Made 2 dynasty normal runs didn t recieve the orb also

you only get 1 free key. Doesnt reset at the start of the mutation.
