Mutation "Lag Detection" caused loss of completion

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It caused our team to get bronze and not progress in mutation lvl
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes but within 5 minutes it happened again and caused us all the crash for a 2nd time
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: dont have one
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: no clue

This is unaccepted and happens to often. Literally waisted a mutation key and killed the moral for the entire group. I care not for gear. I just want to climb the mutation lvls and now i cant because of an persisting LAG detection.

Give a negative review on the Steam store. AGS can’t treat its players like this. Amazon is a multi billion dollar company. This is not acceptable.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Caused our team to not be able to complete a level 6 Mutation. Lost all the shards to upgrade, potential loot, and the ability to advance to the next level Mutation. I lost my orb on this run as I was the one who launched this instance of the level 6 Mutation.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes but within 5 minutes it happened again and caused us all the crash for a 2nd time

  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: This is after the second crash occurred and we were not able to complete the run. All party members names are also included in the screen shot.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Launch New World.
