You have to get gold to unlock the next level, like it says.
Sure but why tho? It doesn’t make sense. Every guide and tutorial online pretty much says it is Silver or above to progress.

M6+ requires gold, it’s always been that way.
why bother commenting if you have nothing useful to say? “Silver or above” means Silver is enough to progress.
@Chronic1 never done m6+, also I’ve never heard no one talking about Gold requirement to move forward. Thanks for clarifying 
“Silver and above” is the phrasing you’re speaking of.
Silver or above means it can be more than silver.
In order to be able to open M7, M6 must be completed on Gold, anything below M6 does not have this requirement.
Just because people write wrong information on the internet, that is a bug in the game?
The game clearly states that you need gold in M6 for M7. Everything else is irrelvant.
m6 needs gold to advance
you need to get gold rank to unlock codex 7-10 but only for 6+ mutation, that’s what makes this game full of challenges.
I think having to get GOLD in order to progress is stupid. But whatever…
Care to explain why?
I mean, you can still “join” other groups without having even done a m1.
