Mutation orb was activated yet my character couldn’t interact with floor tiles, shrines would not activate, and same for my party. I relogged and still experienced these issues. Cilla also would not activate even though we all purified.
Currently validating files, and relogging to see if this happens with my next orb.

** UPDATE **
After trying again with a second orb the instance worked.
What we did: validated steam files, restarted steam.
However, this still leaves us with an orb lost because of the bug.
