Mutator orb lost on Ohonoo

I filled a group for a mutator 2 lazarus run and one member could not enter. We tried to votekick and he could not be kicked. We could not finish the run and my Mutator orb was wasted. I would like a refund.

I tried the chat, and he said there was nothing that could be done. If this is the best that AGS can do to keep customers happy, not gonna last long. Thanks

Please help me with your Character name as well.

I cannot assure you if the orb can be restored but I’ll escalate this to the concerned team so they can look into it further.

@EijunS approximately 11pm 1-29-22 eastern time. I am approximating but I did submit a bug report on this forums bug report section within an hour of it happening. the thread is not showing up under my profile picture anymore though.

I am sorry for the delay in response to your concern.

The team confirmed on 3rd February that they were able to compernsate your account with a mutated orb.

@EijunS I am sorry but I assumed that orb is the same orb everyone got for chest loot, not the orb that I needed replaced.

@eijunS should i consider this closed. Because if so I do not agree, but atleast i can quit looking for a solution and move on. Thanks

If you used your orb when chests were bugged, you got 2 orbs in compensation. So if you only got 1 orb in compensation then it was not the Chest bug orb.
