I had the same issue, ALL I got was platitudes and regrets and no action taken whatsoever.
Want to know what is sad , I had an issue the other day with amazon delivery. I chatted online with a rep and had a refund of my purchase within 3 hours from beginning to end. BUT in a game, they have to conduct an investigation and if they find something wrong they will refund me “MADE UP STUFF” but for real money, you can get it back within hours.
I just want to let you know to all of you the terms of use of Amazon Games.
“You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your account log-in credentials and for restricting access to your account, and (ii) all actions that occur under your account, including purchases.”
Sry dude, manager sayed “It’s only y responsibility” - no help. I wanna back too, but nothing. I can understand why they don’t bck resurses, but… Y rly can’t give me another one ticket for transfer in my situation? Even countries have refugee assistance program. :C
It’s not AGS fault. But typically in some MMOs, there’s the ability with in-game admins to help fix or reset things, ameliorate the situation in such extreme cases. From a marketing perspective, it builds goodwill and better PR for the company, otherwise, that players have a negative experience, feedback, as well those in that person’s network.

ALL I am asking for at this point is to go back to my old server and get my server transfer token back, that’s all, nothing more, yes I lost gold, yes I lost some legendary materials but I don’t care. I was moved to a low pop (Less than 100 players) server.

That is all good and nice but the second part of your beautiful message is “we won’t lift a finger to help you as we really don’t care at all, we will just say “sorry” and not from us, from the poor support agents, because we really don’t care a bit about you”
This game is based on community, so when a person you’ve been playing with for months send you a realistic looking link on discord, you don’t immediately question it.
i mean it is the fault of the account owner. there’s no other multiplayer game on the planet that refunds shit for getting “hacked” or anything along those lines. way too exploitable if any game company were to ever do something like that.
Block accounts without explaining the reasons - the account is the property of Amazon. When it is necessary to protect the account and restore it after hacking - it is the responsibility of the player.
Naw most likely it’s either a friend or someone giving there info out to others . Hacked is most likely scammed . Problem fall for stuff everyday trying to do cheats or doing shady stuff
Never asked for any items back, just a Transfer back to my server as i never asked amazon for that free token to be added to my account, its a part of the issue that they created 100% by forcing that token on all accounts and do not want to fix it.
