My Buy order is lost

I placed buy order on 676 Silver Ingots, get message that order was completed, but didn’t receive any ingots. My inventory and storage are empty :frowning:

We are sorry for about the issue with your order , could you try to restart your game and after that

  1. Make sure that you completed the purchase. (check your gold balance)
  2. check your mail for the item.
  3. check your inventory for the items once again

if you still have the same problem please let us know.

Hey Muzz, I tried to send this privately to you but was unable to. Anyway, I had a chat with someone from the support ticket team and he forwarded me to you saying that you probably could provide some help.

My issue is that earlier today I mistakenly put a buy order for x293 water for 100coin a piece and it got filled almost instantly before I could notice what had happend. That was equal to all my gold; ~30k that I spent 80hours of hard grinding in order to acquire. Something must’ve gone wrong when trying to type in decimals.

I would have assumed the game to have some kind of feature or warning system in order to prevent things like this from happening but I had to find out the hard way it seems. Please understand that happenings like these really undermine the quality of the game and how utterly distraught and unmotivated this makes me to keep playing it.

If there’s anything you can do, please try and help me as my morale could not be any lower right now. Thanks.

Hi I placed a buy oder a buy order for 200 Azoth Water, it said completed. But the order did not appear in my sotrage/inventory, i checked every town/relogged and have photo of the completed order.

I believe buy orders are buggy. I lost 300 gold so not the end of the world but still frustrating as it could of been more!

Same issue. Took screenshot of my money before I logged of before patch. Logged in today and I got the housing money, but my sell orders did not pay me, and I have completed purchase orders that are not in my storage either. I am afraid to leave anything up for sale at this point, and contemplating taking all my items off the trading post. What a mess…
