My character has been stuck in a wall for more than an hour. I requested assistance in game, but apparently there are no GMs online (on launch day!!). I tried to contact customer service in Amazon’s Digital Content Dept, but they kept me waiting a long time, and then had no idea what a video game is or how it works. Please can I get some help so I can play the game?
Did you try the unstuck option in the settings menu??
press “ESC”. You will see multiple tabs on the top of your screen and choose “Game Menu”. You will see the option “Unstuck” and just click it and wait for your character to fast travel back.
I’m stuck in a house with literally no way to get out. Fast travel, unstuck, recall all do not work

You can’t just walk in and out of the purchasable houses, you have to hit L or something to leave it. Can you interact with something near the door? I got stuck in one earlier but found a way to interact out of it.
No interface to do that. Just hit e near door but nothing happens besides a brief screen flash when I do that.
Same sh*t happened to me. Did you manage to fix it?
