My chracter is gone from selection list there is no character available

i have my character of 20+ level i play this game often but yesterday i tried to login and play but my character was gone from the list need help

I’m sorry to hear about the experience with the missing character.
In order to investigate this can you please tell me your World/server and character name?

Also, As a workaround please restart your computer, re-launch your Steam app, then run a Steam integrity check and re-launch the game.
