So a few items which could use some serious consideration placed upon them.
My Current Top 10:
-
Universal Trade house not town by town.
This is a time waster and really shuts down on a players ability to buy items and especially sell items. -
NPC Vendor.
There should be an NPC vendor in each town so players can sell off junk items. This is especially true with items such as cartridges where trying to sell them always gives you the message, “You will lose money with this transaction”.Whatever the current lowest sale price per item is on the market, NPC vendor will buy it for 75% of that to accommodate for what would have been a trade house transaction and posting fee.
-
A Company finder / listing.
A list of all Companies on that server, their numbers and if accepting members or not and a means in which to post a message to any online members which are allowed to do same, to ask for a guild invite. -
Dungeon / PUG finder.
A means that players based on level can select and queue for the various dungeons and or to form groups to destroy Corruption eruptions on the server. -
Movement enhancement.
I always see players screaming about mounts. Instead say a player gets a speed boost when moving with all weapons sheathed instead. -
Side Kick. “Summon-able upon need”.
A) Someone to take all that stuff back to town for me to either place in my storage or to sell off to the NPC vendor “Mentioned in #2 above”; so I can continue gaming.B) Sidekick could only take one or the other of selected items and it would not be instantaneous. A basic time per distance from player to nearest town would be applied before Sidekick would return.
C) SideKicks would not fight nor give and bonuses for any combat related activities. In essence they would be the players work mule.
D) Sidekicks would only have 75% of the cargo / inventory capacity of the player at any given time.
E) Sidekicks could only transport one set of goods, either “Sell these items / or / place these items in storage”, not both at same time.
-
Mini Map top right corner.
Especially useful for navigating towns and such.
I continually find myself having to turn map on and off trying to get place to place. -
The Damage indicator should only show red if target is actually within striking range based on weapon in hand, Which at this time it seems to show red no matter the distance right now especially for bow and staff shots”; otherwise if not in range it shows level of item but is grey.
-
Update times.
This is supposedly a LIVE Release game not Beta anymore. Set a designated day and time for regular program updates based on a servers lowest hours of use per server region. Servers should not be going down in a region during high use times simply because someone in the USA wants to have all shut down at 9AM their time. You are a game provider, a service provider if you will and your customers should not be placed into a bind because someone wants to only work office hours half way across the world.

Maximum Tax levies in starter towns.
It does not help the new players game experience, nor do the games image on first impressions any good to have a new player rock into their first town to only find some group has raised the taxes so high that they cannot afford to craft anything. The four starter area Towns should have a base tax locked into them to accommodate the new and low level players and not be changed by overly greedy groups that hold the area at any given time. This is simply good game mechanics balancing in the end and will not lead to further player stress and frustration.
That should cover the starter list.
