I’m puzzled about this: I purchased a Tier-4 house in Ebonscale Reach early this month, and ran some city quests, but it’s reputation score never went up from the quest turn-ins. It’s stuck on the values earned by its furnishings. Other homeowners on this spot show rep values in the hundreds of thousands, or in the millions. Is my instance of the house bugged?
Same, my house in Ww as well, even since my server was merge back in May or June rep has been stucked to 1.5K. I never bother reporting it. I use to do a lot of board quest just to increase my territory standing and house rep. Before I can reach 600K-1 mil rep and my house always displays in public.

My previously-acquired houses’ rep scores in Monarch’s Bluff and Brightwood are working normally. Sounds like a bug, if it’s affecting more people than just me. So for you the issue tracks back to May or June…

My girlfriend and I have had the same issue since about a week before the server merge a couple months ago.
We moved from tier 2 homes to tier 4 and I personally could ensure that my house was seen every 48 hours due to my high rep, furniture quality/amount and how much I grind boards.
Now, I do not calculate past the base furniture score which for me in a tier 4 is around 1600. Same for her.
Both of us purchased NW at launch due to housing alone. Housing is our primary focus in any MMORPG we play and everything we do is to support housing, needless to say neither of us play NW right now. I log in occasionally, do some town quests to see if my homes will calculate at the end of the 48 hour cycle. Of course nothing has changed.
It’s a downer, but for how long this bug has gone on, I can only think its on the back burner on the stove in the garage of an acquaintances house 3 towns over in the future, 7 galaxies away in a different dimension.
