My equipment is “Testing” and I can’t use the bank

I havnt played for awhile and did a server transfer before the merge date and now I can’t access anything and can hold infinite number of things. Account name is sn1pe4u

I am really sorry that you are unable to access anything after the merger.

Thanks for the screenshots, it helped in understanding the issue better.

Please perform basic troubleshooting once, as loss of files or corrupted files, sometimes, may cause these kind of issues.

-Run Steam and New world as admin
-Run Integrity check-

Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

-And relaunch the game

If this doesn’t solve the issue, please respond to this post so we can escalate it.

Thank you that worked, but the arrow to “store all” doesn’t work, but I can drag items

They have temporarily disabled the move all function, so for now, shift clicking is the only way to move items.
