My Feedback - Looking back at last week

Would like to say great job with game, you guys definitely nailed a long awaited mmo title. Game is interesting, some bugs - however can definitely see that you guys are passionate about fixing bugs and improving the overall game.

There is a situation that really concerns me and i would like to point that out, recently I’ve received a “Temporary Ban” from a game due to mass reporting done within the game, due to writing in global chat “Found a game breaking bug” (I did not discuss exploit in global chat, that was my only message i wrote on global) - with hopes that some support staff would contact me via ingame to take a record of “Infinite lootable containers”. Your game does not have ingame Bug reporting option and i was forced to wait on Amazon live chat for 40 minutes to get this bug reported, shortly after global message I received a ban for 5 days.

I tried to reach you via facebook, twitter, forums, steam community, reddit - but none of these draw your attention. I did speak with Abraham via live chat, but all he could do is take notes regarding a bug and later that night I contacted once more, I believe his name was Joshua who also took notes of this bug. Both Abraham and Joshua were unable to contact appeal team to speed up my appeal process and I’ve lost 5 days activity - which set me back quite far due to my competitive nature.

Got unbanned yesterday and currently playing catch-up, however I’m disappointed in regards no apologises were given and till this day there is no answer for my appeal, which was created week ago. I want to know if having a mark of “Cheater” will affect me anyhow? I dont want this title, nor I dont want this to affect me anyhow.

To avoid such situation, would you be able to pass information to developing team to have a think about for better way to report ingame exploits? - I could’ve created a forum topic but concern was that if i put details where and how, I’m afraid that some users would’ve taken advantage of this and only option really was to contact Live chat. I was told couple days ago that I could’ve used “Leave Feedback” option, for me it’s not the first thing I think about when wanting to report an exploit.

PS: Managed to speak with some of the known streamers and what really baffled me that famous/known players managed to get resolution to their appeals within hours, whilst average “Joes” like others/me never got reply (other than live chat who’s been consistently telling to create a ticket to appeal). I understand they have dedicated agents, but it just does not sit right with me.

I can see that patch 1.0.1 fixed the lootable containers, thank you.
