i play on german/english server goldenthal. my friend blue.glue
has not typed anything into chat for the past two days, today we fought in a war to defend maruaders, during an unplayable laggy war, and somehow hes been perma banned at the end of this, please investigate this and see if he was unfairly banned on this occasion at least, its a serious problem for us.
this is his first mmo, hes a spirited syrian trying to enjoy the experience and has lost his oppertunity to progress recently. good fortune

Thanks for reporting this to us, To appeal a ban, submit a web ticket with the justification for having the ban overturned. Be as detailed as possible in your appeal to ensure it’s processed quickly.
Once we receive an appeal, we do our best to review and respond to it quickly. If overturned, the ban is removed from your account.
Important: You can only appeal a ban once. Submitting multiple appeals won’t expedite the review of your ban.
Not to hijack this thread but…
What if I was perma banned for cheating when I wasn’t cheating. What more can I say other than, “I wasn’t cheating.”?
Today would be Day 5 for me, almost a whole week.
Doesn’t make sense for people who are actually banned for something they didn’t do, including me.
