"Hi, i tried to log in this morning and i saw the pop up saying me that i am banned permanetly. I was chocked because i have no gold, no lvl 200 job, no voidbent armor (or even a void ore), not event a big trophee…
I tried to get just a reason for this ban thanks to the support. The only answer i got is : we checked, we confirm the ban, no more answer will be sent to you
I am disapointed. I do not want to be unban but a reason to move on (to be sure it is a mistake not to make a outrage) such as :
“you used the dup of trophee”
“you has been toxic in the chat” (massive report)
“you bought gold”
He tried, the answer was unbelievable, not even a reason. I am sad for him, he did not even know how to do a copy/paste in windows 10. He learned the two shortcuts yesterday (it was funny)…
This post is not to show to everyone that amazon games studio did a mistake (it is happened for any human). I think you can imagine how a stubborn father can be when he saw the ban pop.
I am sad for him when you know that some poeple who use the dups has been banned for 24h. He did not even recieve any warning.
As some of the folks over here said previously we do not have access to any information related to your inquiry as well we can’t proceed to take any kind of action here.
