My Game crashed when entering Depths and now i cant do the main story line

My game crashed as I was entering the depths, now when I log on I don’t have a knew anymore so i cant do the main storyline.

Okay, so since two days my main story line quest disapeared somehow. After researching here and over few other places on the web, I noticed this was a more and more common issue, and also identified few similarities: People were experimenting the same issue with different levels; The two solutions I found stated that you needed to talk NPC, but since the two players that came up with those solutions weren’t the same level, it was irrelevant to me.
