Until today, i was playing the game without a problem, now im trying to open the game and it stucks at that screen. When i close the game, it countinues to work at background. I tried every solution in this forum and noone of them worked.

This worked for me:
Go to Windows → Run → %appdata% then navigate to /AGS/New World/ and remove the analytics_uuid.txt and user_preload_settings.cfg

I deleted AGS folder before so game doesnt create the file that you said because it doesnt skip that loading screen.
