What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I made a couple of runs at Isabella’s yesterday and wen out. Today I made my daily’s and suddenly realized that my hat disappeared. I’ve reconnected, double cheched the floor and all the stashes and the item is gone, I LOCK every important item, that piece was a voidbent helm that was crafted for me 5-6 months ago, so I didn’t deleted the item by mistake because was locked some months ago.
Please If possible check the log of my character and give me my hat back…
