I logged on to find all my furniture from my house returned to my inventory? i have only had the house a few days and the tax wasn’t due? bit annoyed! spent a long time grinding to get 10k and enough rep to buy it…is this common?

This problem has been going on for weeks apparently. It happened to me a few days ago and I haven’t heard anything about whether we are going to be given the house back or the gold to buy it again or anything

Two tickets filed for me and still nothing. This isn’t a small set back I can barely play the game. My inventory is full my storage is full. I simply have throw everything out. I am starting to also doubt I will be refunded the house cost or get the original house back. I’m guessing if you give the gold back my 50% discount will be gone. The fact that nothing has been done is insane! Some people have had this issue for weeks now and they are still waiting for problem to be fixed.

Also missing my house for a week or two now with no response from devs. I grinded out everfall territory standing to 30 for the sole reason of having the ability to purchase the 20k house (10k with my discount) and then dropped a good bit more gold stocking it with chests and a luck trophy… And it was all gone a day later. Please help. The headaches this has created from storage, let alone amount of Azoth this has cost players, is adding up.
Exactly the same situation as me my friend! I’m beyond frustrated! To replace the house is now 20k, I’d take the hit on the furniture I made if I could just get the dam house back
I will start by saying I am not looking for a new WoW… I do not want to adapt all of the QoL features wow has like mounts, mail, etc etc… However this game NEEDS in game ticket response. It blows my mind that I have to leave game to hope for a ticket response and even then, a lot of these threads go unanswered. Unacceptable from such a big $$ studio.
A ticket system should be standard! It’s annoying as Iv halved my playtime due to having a full inventory of stuff that should be in my house.
Update: I logged on today and there was a brief message that popped up that said something like “compensate Java Z” nothing happened after that and i still don’t have my house back. I cant even afford another at the cost of 20k gold?! Please advise @ModeratorZ
The compensation message was 2k because the taxes are based off of the full price but the game made it sound like you would pay taxes off of the 50% off price. This honestly upset me more as the game is acknowledging that we owned the house…
exactly, i feel like my game as been on pause because of all the time used to gather materials. It wouldn’t be so bad if the house price was reset to 10k again. That i could just about live with! But 2k? c’mon man!
Apart from this, i love the same and i appreciate this cant be easy! i don’t even mind waiting as long as i know something is going to happen ya know? I read in todays patch notes that people in Cutless Keys had lost their house, but mine was in Windsward.
The patch notes didn’t say anything about a refund for Cutlass Keys. Most likely we are screwed.
@Customer-Service - Any updates? I think all most of us want is to be heard and acknowledged.
