My name not listed in housing list despite having 3rd highest points

I have 182k points on my house but the list doesn’t show my name to others despite me having 3rd highest points. The countdown timer on the page for refreshing the list always displays 00:00:00.

Location of house: It’s the new T4 house in Ebonscale. Up the steps next to the TP in EB. Make a right turn up the next steps, then another right turn up the next steps. My house is on the right & overlooks the city.

I’m sorry your house is not showing in the list despite it should be in the podium and also I really appreciate you’re communicating to us about this issue.

First of all; I want to confirm with you, If you already applied the troubleshooting related with the AGS Files that are linked within New World:

1. Windows + R type in %APPDATA%
2. Go to Local and Roaming (Both files will include an AGS file) and open them.
3. Rename the AGS sub-folder ‘‘New World’’ to something different like ‘’_New World"
4. This will refresh the cache files within New World.
5. Re-launch New World.

If the problem persists after this troubleshooting, I’d suggest you to please help us escalate this behavior of New World to the developer’s team contacting Amazon Games Customer Support using the link below; Keep handy the following information:

• Character Name.
• Region.
• World / Server.
• Computer Specifications.
• Logs.
• The previous troubleshooting we already made.

Here you are the steps to get this information just in case you need it:

• To find the DxDiag:

Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.

• To find the logs:
• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
