Obviously, some more urgent matters are gonna have priority over features from my list, but i really think we need improvements in those area as fast as possible. Like many others, i like playing New World, but i can’t stand some of the chores anymore

Shed sorting : this is the main one. Give me the option to sort my shed the same way i can search the TP. Perks (and combinations of it), attributes (and combinations of it), gear score, weight, weapon type, etc. At the moment, i have to resort to a spreadsheet and even that is way too cumbersome and makes me want to quit every time i need to change my current role.

Item limit : remove it alltogether. Otherwise, how am i supposed to store my craft mods wherever i’m actually crafting alongside all my crafting mats ?

Unified shed : if and only if the shed sorting and item limit are implemented can we start thinking about one big shed for the whole world. People have mentionned a ton of way to make it interesting

Bookmark searches in the TP : most players will regularily scout the TP for the same items. So every single day, i have a list of stuff that i’m checking and having everything as presets would help a ton. If not presets, give me a search history of sorts.

Trophies : not my idea (sorry don’t remember where i’ve read it), but just allow me to tick any trophies i have (with the obvious limit of one type per house) and make it cost 20 azoth per tick. Or whatever other system you want, but this one wouldn’t change anything to the azoth value while still being way more flexible. Obviously allowing every single unique trophy at once would be great too…

Inspect players : allow us to inspect players, ie attributes, gear, weapon mastery, etc. I don’t think New World ever was a game where you’d play a very non-meta build and it shines, so i don’t see the point of gatekeeping the knowledge. It would however allow new players to understand better what’s good/needed in PvP, as most newcomers are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of perks.

Inspect rosters/lobbies : along with the inspect features, we’d be able to better inspect people from our lobby. If impossible, at least give rosters the same features as lobbies (attributes, & weapons) and make a prompt reminding players what are their current stats they’re signing up with (so they remember to switch gear before signing up).

OPR consumables : Make it the same as Arenas, so we don’t split people between the tryhards who are running T5 stones and the casuals who are not running anything and are getting wrecked. Also allow for free respecs inside OPR/Arenas.

Buffs/debuffs overview : in New World, every single instance of a buff/debuff is displayed separately to the point where your bar might get filled with icons and some don’t ever display anymore. Allow me to toggle on/off this detailed view (which needs to stay) so i can quickly see the total amount of fortify/empower/rend/weaken etc i have on me at a given time. Would help a lot for expeditions too !

Detailed stats in Expeditions : show us the same kind of stats in expeditions as in every other content in the game. End the guess work ! If you’re worried the community is gonne go toxic, remember that 1- it’s already the case to some degree 2- you can always make it an opt-in thing where the player has to allow others group member to see their stats. This way groups of friends won’t have any issues sharing and analyzing while randoms will be able to somewhat prevent the toxicity.

Company bank : Not sure why it hasn’t been done yet, but having the option to store all the consumables there so our members can retrieve it themselves would be amazing. A bunch of features could be implemented too, like a daily limit on each of the consumables, several levels of banks that only certain ranks can access, ability to drop stuff there for new comers, etc etc…

Treasury history : again, not sure why it was never implemented, but please show us who took what and when.

Company arena : give us an area where we can train as a company. In details, that means being able to chose a bunch of different layouts (OPR fort, war gate, 3v3 arena, open field, etc etc) and arrange the 2 rosters (opposing teams) so we can practise things on a bigger scale than 5v5 and in a more controlled manner. Don’t give any rewards for joining so people keep playing OPRs.

Coin limit : remove it alltogether. Or make valuable items less valuable (ie less rare), which i’m not sure would go well with the community. My main gripe is that i have to buy crap whenever i’m at gold cap, while most BiS items are close (if not over) to the coin limit, making it hard to purchase more than one item at a time. And i can’t unload my asmodeum on the market either for fear of crashing it.

Shorter invasions : Invasions are long (45minutes) and, for the most part, boring AF. So much so that even when you own a city, you don’t want to join it. So make it shorter, this way veteran player will start joining again.

Rewards for 3v3 arenas : currently, arenas don’t reward anything. Of course, it’s a very short game mode, so it shouldn’t dump 4 legendaries on you. But giving tokens that can then be retrieved for crates would be nice (like 1 crate every 2-3 wins or 5 games for instance). Even better, make it so we can obtain fixed BoP gear out of it. I don’t want to gamble but i sure as hell would farm arenas if i knew i’d get whatever i needed (make it so the more tokens you spend, the more things you can lock). Generally that system could be extended to OPR too.
Just a few of these changes would go a long way towards keeping the playerbase on the game.
