My server finally died, any suggestions for transfer?

I know it’s an odd topic to discuss when merges are seemingly right around the corner, but my server, Perseus EU, suffered a huge blow the other day when the main syndicate guild decided to transfer, taking with it dozens of players, and the exodus continues as we speak. The world set “vanaheim lux”, which the server is a part of, is one of the lowest pop sets out there in EU therefore a resurrection isn’t guaranteed. I also don’t like the atmosphere of the server, especially regarding PvP(lots of weird drama), and most importantly, I just wanna play without having to be dependant on the devs’ merge schedule.

I’ll be doing the research myself of course, trying to create new characters and see how the different servers are, but suggestions will be greatly appriciated as it will help me make the right choice. I’d also like to read your opinions on what makes a server more fun to play in, and also note I don’t want it to be too crowded(1000ish max during peak hours).

Your server will probably get absorbed by a larger server soon, my advice is to save your transfer token until after that happens.

This is a good advice. But if you still looking for a good EU server, join Abaton. Not too crowded, but has decant activity and moderate faction balance.

This is what i tell all our discord folks who talk about transferring. I dont know if they heed my advice but one can only hope.
