My steam account got hacked and i need moderators to check activity on my New world account

My steam account was hacked at 10:00am at 02/04/2023. I regained control of the account at 3pm. The attack on my steam account was purposefully targeted to my New World account. When logging in, all of my trophies and chests where gone.

If the person really wanted me out, he would have deleted my character.

The chances are that this person traded these items with his character. If this was the case, i need AGS to track the the movements on my account’s character and with whom they were traded.

I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ITEMS; this player needs to be tracked and banned

The path for your specific case would be New World > Account > Compromised Account.

There you’ll see the options to contact us, either via live chat or support ticket (communication will go via email).

When exposing your case, let them know that you are aware that items can’t be recovered, that you just want to escalate your case. If anything can be done, they’ll be asking for information from you, so keep handy whatever you consider relevant to the case, like screenshots or clips if you have any.
