My Titles/achievement not appearing

My titles aren’t available or the achievement tracker not showing anything and achievements showing up as 0.0r%

just restart the game (wait 90s for your character to despawn)

TH=his isn’t a one-day thing been like this for 3 days… I’ve played new world for roughly 1000 hrs seen almost every bug in the game ik this visual bug but it’s not the same it’s weird like my toon Doesn’t exist
It has more problems as well but they are work around able but this isn’t idk what is causing this

I’m sorry you’re having issues with the New World’s tracking achievement system. I also want to thank you b.l for all your help with this issue.

First, I want to confirm with you If you already applied the troubleshooting related with the AGS Files that are linked within New World:

1. Windows + R type in %APPDATA%
2. Go to Local and Roaming (Both files will include an AGS file) and open them.
3. Rename the AGS sub-folder ‘‘New World’’ to something different like ‘’_New World"
4. This will refresh the cache files within New World.
5. Re-launch New World.

If the problem persist after this troubleshooting, Due to the nature of this issue; I’d suggest you to please help us escalate this behavior of New World to the developer’s team contacting Amazon Games Customer Support using the link below so they can help you with your request including your logs; Keep handy the following information:

• Character Name.
• Region.
• World / Server.
• Computer Specifications.
• Logs.
• The previous troubleshooting we already made.

Here you are the steps to get this information just in case you need it:

• To find the DxDiag:

Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.

• To find the logs:
• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
