We have attempted to upgrade the Outfitting station to Tier 3, the Kitchen to Tier 3, and the Forge to Tier 4 and none have actually upgraded. The table in the command center shows that the crafting stations are upgraded to the appropriate tiers, but the actual stations are still showing Tier 2, Tier 2, and Tier 3 respectively.
Additionally, after losing in the most recent invasion, our Tier 5 Workshop was downgraded, however, the Workshop still shows as a Tier 5 even though the table shows that the Workshop is a Tier 4
