Hi. I’m sure you get this very often, however I think that the topic should be brought back and emphasized now that there will be many players returning to the game to check out the new region in Brimstone Sands.
I pre-ordered the game. On day 1 I was in the queue waiting to play. I got into a server that I thought was low population and I made my “Main”.
However, a couple of days later when my friends and I tried playing together the server was full and unplayable, so we made “temporary” characters on a different server that didn’t have such a long queue. Long story short, the “temporary” character is now lvl 60 with a high expertise and over 300 hours of time invested and my “Main” that I made first with the name I reserved is only lvl 25. I would love to play with the character I made first however, the thought of abandoning over 300 hours of work that I put into building an alt just isn’t an option.
Now with the announcement of the Brimstone Sands region and all the other fantastic changes, I like many others, would like to come back and play again.
Please allow us to change the name and appearance of our characters for the sake of all of those in a similar position to myself. (I personally know about 15 people who had the same experience on launch)
P.S. I created a character on the PTR and so far I am loving the changes made to the early levels. Thank you for your hard work
