Need better implementation of Quest markers

Quest markers need to be more informative. For example quests with provision boxes for objective, all of them show interactable quest objective but after we interacted with one, it no longer gives the item anymore the later we interact with it again, because it’s already interacted, but it still has Quest Objective marker on it. The ones that have been interacted should lose the interaction marks.

I once did a quest in an area with corruption, it’s dark and I have to circle around because i forgot which I had interacted because of the dark cloud in corruption area, and it has limited boxes, so it took me a long while to finish.

I want to suggest each item to has icon on the map once we enter quest area, but maybe that’s not too important if we have the above I suggested.

Some important quests/main sometimes inconsistent and have different icon on the map, I once so confused where was this quest objective located, turned out it changed to grey ellips in ellips icon.

Not to derail your thread if you just wanna talk about floating quest markers, but I find the numbering system much more annoying. Pinned quests get moved around depending on where you are, so you’re walking towards “2” and suddenly it becomes “1” so you have to reorient yourself instead of just focusing on “2”.

Hahah yea, that too, but I already got used to it even though sometimes still need a bit of time to adjust.
