Need faster patch cycle times for some issues

I know the team is trying their best, but the process of patch, wait a week or two collecting feedback, submitting bulk reports to the dev team, verifying issue, getting enough prioritization to be added to sprint, fixing, dev testing, being merged into release candidate, QA tested, and finally patch release is just too long of a process for players to have to deal with for some issues.

If you completely break a weapon (positively or negatively) that has to be patched in 1 week or less. If there is not enough time, you simply rollback all related changes. You cannot expect players to wait a month living with unplayable weapons when that is such a critical function of the game.

You can’t expect crafters to deal with insane imbalances in crafting professions, where some can craft legendary gear while others cannot. So all the people who leveled up Armoring / weaponsmithing first become super rich and decked out in the best gear, while those who leveled arcana are told to wait and have to live in the poor house for a month. Why is there a super rare drop for mining that is worth a fortune and no equivalent for the other gathering professions?

People can live with imbalances for a short time, but if you can’t make the changes quickly, you need to temporarily remove the imbalance (e.g. remove voidore and voidbent gear until there are equivalent methods for other “classes” and crafts).

It is issues like these that are driving masses of people from the game. Yes, duping and server transfers are critical issues that need to be solved first, but backburning other major issues like these is not helping to retain players.

Edit: people are demanding rollbacks and sever restarts because they want a semblance of fairness in the game they are playing. That is all many of us are asking for.
