From what i understand i need to complete lupine observations quest for t4 camp. I have completed that entire chain of quests prior to finishing t3 camp quest. I am unable to get t4 camp still.
Is there a workaround for it?
I was thinking completing every side quest for restless shore to see if it helps but since im already level 60, it makes no sense tbh if it doesnt work.
In legacy servers a lot of players had the problem, that they just missed one of the quests. There are tons of lists about all the quests and they have no right order. Could be this, too ^^ (Not sure, if this is still a thing :D)
