Hi there,
I have a question regarding twitch drops. Apparently I earned some by watching, but I cant see them ingame. I claimed them and it shows them as claimed, but they are no where to be found.
When I go to this page Twitch Drops | New World - Open World MMO PC Game and try to activate my account, it says the following :
But as soon as I refresh the page, it goes back to this state:

That is perfectly normal. It’s supposed to let you “reactivate” the drops each time you refresh the page, in case something goes wrong.
Those specific drops should be visible in the “Change Skin” selection on any armor piece, or for example, in the Desert Traveler’s Set, a musket skin.
Some of the items from the “Desert Traveler’s Set” are claimed in the store’s “Item Claim” section in the bottom left of the Store page in-game.
Let me know if you don’t see any of this.
Go in the game, click ESC - then SHOP - left corner - OBTAIN ITEMS - click the rewards and then confirm. Rewards need to be redeemed in game
Skins do not need to be redeemed in game. Chests do. The Fallen Spirit skin set shouldn’t have anything claimable, while the Desert Traveler’s Set should.
I just found out that they were indeed there. And after a relog, i also found these items in my item claim.

I had the same set up, didnt receive mine some how.
My drops skipped the desert travelers set and gave me only the Studded Warrior Set, which is supposed to unlock after.
There is also no progress for Baalphazu’s Hideaway Set
And I’ve been watching a drop enabled channel since 2 am last night. Ive have StreamerHouse on all day.
I have also relinked my account (has helped before with other games)
I can confirm I never received the Desert Travelers Set but I got the second set of Studded Armor.
Did you receive the skins for the weapons? The red ones from the studded set?
Yeah this is screwy, I have all 3 armor sets but can’t get any progress towards Baalphazu’s Hideaway Camp Set…I watch the Tres Company which are actually on T4 now and nothing…Does the streamer have to be on T3? Is it not retro?

confirmed that the streamer must be on what you are trying to unlock specifically
