- Describe the issue you are experiencing: So the forge shows that a needler is 590 Legendary with 3 perks in there. When it was made, I got a 590 without the 3rd perk, refreshing move. Is there supposed to be a glitch?

I am not sure whether the shops are telling the truth about the stats we are getting for the weapons because we have already used so much money on the materials.
