Negative states do not appear

hello, it’s been about 1 month and days, since the negative states are not seen in my PJ.

  • What is your character name in New World: Graulrad

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: atlantis , SA server.

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:
example, burning or bleeding, I can’t see how much time I have left with that state on me.
I can’t see the berserker effects either (that blue effect), I can’t see how much berserker time I have either.
I also cannot see the light effect of the G explosion skill (skill obtained by drop in ennead (brimstone sands expedition).
It is very annoying since I cannot know what I have in those states and thus be able to counteract this with a potion in dungeons or wars.
I wait for the fix, thanks.

  • Is this a bug?: yes

  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: very much

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: uninstall and there is no solution, install on another disk and there is no solution either.

  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: i cant see the state negative.

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: i don´t know.

  • When did this happen? October update.

I wait for the fix, thanks.

Thanks so much for this info @darluarg I am so sorry you have dealt with this for so long, but I have passed along your information to the team.

hi, after the last patch i could see 2 negative states triggered for a moment, then never again.
Until the turkey event, the burn that it leaves, I don’t see it, it doesn’t appear.
the berserker counter, route running status, and all the negatives are not yet visible.
I have another PJ, this one doesn’t see the states either, attached screen, turkulon event.
install the PTR client, even in PTR I can’t see the statuses.
Update driver grafica, update windows, I did a downgrade driver grafica, install on another disk, nothing solved the problem.

Hello, I was looking for a bug, if anyone else had the problem.
I found the problem and it was solved, please leave the solution anchored somewhere or add to help.
