I have seen a lot of people saying this boss is overtuned, too hard to escape fire circles, etc.
All you have to do is pay attention to the spawns of the adds. When adds spawn, there will be a “safe zone” at the location of the most recent spawn, so you can use that to predict where the fire circles are before they appear.
It’s not that hard to get 0 stacks in heavy armor regardless of RNG using this strategy.
people just need more practice instead of bugging the boss every time.
That’s part of it, but part of it is you don’t have time to look for fire circles, find a safe zone, and run to it in heavy armor. So if you don’t know this strategy I posted, you may think it is overtuned.

Yup imagine leaving a dungeon running that you can cheese both last bosses 
while expedition ran for 1 month on PTR lol
if you want time start running to the middle as soon as the circle explodes and time won’t be a problem
people just need to think more of how they do the circles
the absolute worst that could happen is a single orb that has a fire under it might give your squad 1 burning tick.
you should be able to clear it before a second orb.
yea one or 2 stacks aren’t that bad if people dodge the main attacks.
