Have you ever played against a premade full of muskets all shooting the same person? They literally delete people.
Yes thatās really annoying but once again that only works against players playing improperly because the musket canāt shoot you through the fort and basically if someone throws a green circle on the ground and you press shift a few times while standing in it, it effectively nullifies most of that damage anyway.

I mean yea sure. But they are still oppresive af and have no counter other than another musket. Its depressing. Also, youre considering people that actually care about winning opr. I think people have stopped caring about that months ago. Alot of folks go to opr just to solo pick people off and not contribute to the group.
At least when people complain about bow being OP, they provide a video proof- showing what they were wearing and how much they got hit forā¦ Almost every musket, ice gauntlet, and fire staff post about being OP always have overexaggerated numbers with zero video proof.
Please do not nerf muskets, itās really, really unnecessary.

Could you share what perks are needed for max musket damage, or is this a closely held secret only shared in clandestine musket communities?
Picked up FS/IG recently, after discovering I have a pretty good set for it.
Gotta say, itās so much freaking stronger than muskets. Large AOE to slow, freeze players off you, a no brain ability that hurts (fire ball), a movement ability that hurts and increases the hit of your next fire attack, and a grit ability that can hit 3k-5k, and pushes players back. Also canāt forget a turret that you can place, that literally just shoots players (so entertaining seeing it get a kill on someone trying to evade me).
Never even took ice tombā¦a get out of jail free card. Armor also wasnāt even fully optimized for pvp. Most pieces were the con things off the pvp track, a couple pieces that I use for my musket set, and a couple that came out of OPR caches. Fire staff from OPR, and crystaline curse.
No where near optimized, and feels so much better than musket. In lightā¦with 150 con, 3 resil pieces, and only 1 eversion, elemental eversion at that. Also only slotted 3 emerald gems.
Never even died to a musket once. Bows? Yesā¦musketsā¦no. Despite being shot at by some, I actually know the shift key exists and I know how to push S and D on my keyboard.
Also funnily enough, Iām at 10/10 for 3s that Iāve done with the FS/IG setā¦me solo queingā¦
Also got multiple kills vs musket players, via sneaking up behind them and dropping ice storm and unleashing abilites.
Legit, ima say it again, if youāre dying to a musket over and overā¦get good.

Musket has been the worst weapon since release, and everyone agreed on this.
Only worth to be used by the right hands.
Now, without any buffs, people is asking for a nerf. Insane.

The problem here is not the musket itself, but the players who use Aimbot and donāt even try to hide it.
There are entire guilds in Abaton using aimbot and getting away with it, it is clear when a player uses aimbot from the one who doesnāt, amazon should take action against these players urgently,

Bro Iāve lost count how many times Iāve been called a cheater playing this game just for being good with the musket.
Iām not even an Nvidia user so I donāt even get to use those weird profiles to delete vegetation (Iām surprised AGS allowed this. Probably cause they donāt know how to ban them)
People misjudge gameplay every single day.
And before anyone call me a cheater, search my activity Iāve been asking for better anticheat system since a long time. Weeks ago there was a cheater infestation playing oprs in my server (Devaloka) and it was a hot topic.
