The 5 guys that want healing nerfed dont realise 1000s of healers are more likely to quit if they get bashed even further to please 5 guys on the forum.

All 5 of those guys are prominent dex players that participate in bow threads all day long. Just so we’re absolutey clear on that one.

Nearly immortal dex players juggling around with rapiers and disengaging as soon as they can die and odds are not in their favour. Mainly doing damage from safe distance and easily getting annoyed if they can’t kill healers. They want to kill everything without ever being in danger. Ofc I want to kill everyone and never die as well. That’s the ultimate goal so they fight for their playstiles on forum. We should do the same! Healers need a way to heal enough and to one shot light armor people too. I need an offhand scaling of focus doing massive damage and gap closing abilities + cc

Pretty sure no one of them literally ever tried to use blackguard bow on occasion. Also, once healer gets pushed out of the sacred ground, they become a really vulnerable target. Considering bow’s high damage output, it’s easy to deal with a not very skilled healer. The same thing with rapier and even spear that allows to stack rend on the enemy. Just letting you know :shushing_face:

Yeah i played a meme war yesterday where majority of both sides played off builds…at least 20 players were bow and it was incredibly unfun.

Our healers literally couldnt stand anywhere.

Healers are sometimes difficult to kill due to LA and Rapier and a running Healer doesnt Heal. We dont need to Nerf heal again and again. Some people didnt experience the HA Heal Meta… this is actually pretty easy to kill a healer compared to old metas

These same dex players point at a healer using a rapier as if they don’t pull the EXACT same 1v8 kiting bullshit with a rapier but even better because they dodge more. It’s pretty funny.

Don’t forget that bow literally has double the hitbox size of any other ranged weapon in the game.

Nobody asked for it, or wants it. Its actually a hinderance, cause we cant LOS a pillar and shoot. The arrow will hit the pillar.

So please take it away and leave us alone stop fing nerfing! Cancel the pen shot nerf and poison nerf, those are straight shots lol.

I guess we need a 360 aoe that hits for 9 million to not be nerfed.

That PVE nonsense should get removed from all PVP modes.

Give us free consumables as in 3v3 Arena.

True but don’t get fooled that Healing wasn’t the issue.
In any 3v3 (similar skill levels) the team with a Healer has an insane advantage vs the one without.

The problem is Light Armour really. It grants you considerably higher Damage/Healing despite little durability loss.
On top you get Dodges with longest i-frames and easy kiting.

The 150 DEX perk must go.
Can’t be healthy if one class (that’s not mana-dependent) gets 1 free Dodge every 4. :joy: :man_facepalming:

DPS gamers complaining back in launch about healers where OP/unkillable as paladins in heavy armor, to strong heals, sacred ground, ā€œthey can just camp in there sacred ground all day longā€.
ASG nerf life staff healing on several abilitys and after some time dps gamers complain again about it and ASG kill the paladin class with -30% healing on heavy armor.

Now dps gamers complain yet again about healers are unkillable, to high mobility.
ASG just remove the life staff completely from the game, kill the healer class and increase the HP potions by 50%, so we all can stop hearing this crying about healers…

PTR perk buff changes increased thwarting counter from 15% to 20%.

You could make the brutes a catch up mechanic.

If you’re 300 points behind spawn a brute on cap.

If you’re 400 points behind spawn both brutes on a cap.

Honestly, I am more of a PVE player but I wish they would just get rid of all PVE in OPR. I hate it. I swear everytime there is a low runner and I line up my shot nicely, he aggros a wolf and the wolf eats my shot lol.

If theres anything that hates the life staff more…it’s probably those wolves.

Maybe even the brute actually. The brute will run through your whole zerg just to flatten you with his nerf meatball the second you cast.

I also hate the brutes. Spend all that time killing them only to reset the moment they are down to one shot.

You guys keep talking about me being a dex player but I have played Life Staff way longer. If you have actually read this forum post, we’ve discussed not nerfing Life Staff, but buffing or adding more ways to apply disease/plague. We’ve also talked about REWORKING Life Staff so it’s more balanced. Nobody wants to nerf Life Staff to the point where it’s unplayable. I would also be upset about that because I do like playing Life Staff every now and then. We’ve talked about reworking abilities to help support the team in other ways than healing. Every ability should not be heals because bigger scale fights are just boring with heals all over the place. They should add shields which could absorb damage for a short period and ways to buff players. I encourage you to actually read this post instead of making statements that make us go back to square one because I feel like some of us were making progress on constructive feedback but then we go back to square one… because some of you either refuse to read the post and become involved or want to completely shut us down. Instead of trying to shut down the conversation, why don’t you participate in finding a way to compromise to where everyone gets something positive out of this post?
