Nerf the Bow OP right now

Bow might be OP if they land their shots but those are really easy to dodge or by just continuously moving. But aimbots do exists so that’s a problem. And before people say that we should just report the cheaters i’d like to rant that i’ve been reporting a freakin hemp bots for weeks now. Saw them when they were only level 20+ now they are level 40+. lol.

I playa bow, now around 8 pm is unplayable because the server diff of 2000ppl server is around 2 seconds. Yes, 2 seconds delay and jitter of any combat action. I see only teleports and if someone hits someone else 5 times in 2 seconds its instant kill because the client doesnt sync until you are dead and cant react.
I have hatchet and bow, hatchet is fine at 2am but useless at 8pm - its not possible to swap weapon and use berserk to save life. The reaction of server is pure ZERO, its broken game with trash engine.
No buff neither nerf needed, first PATCH your shit !!!
My ping is fine, few miliseconds, my PC is fine but your servers and game engine are trash.

It’s literally exactly the same hit box… You’re talking about headshot maybe but Headshot crits are like 8k.

Axe doesn’t need to be aimed. Heavy Armor doesn’t nerf your dmg. You out DMG anyone in single target. Nobody can kite you.

honestly bow dose really good against light armor people that stand still too long dont dodge othe then that its not strong at all most the time people will side step you arrows even after you alread realeased the arrow only at 10m (32 fet) at 10 m im having to lead targets by 4to 5 feet jsut to hit them if they dodge also the medium armor dodge ie is broken when using a bow i shoot people after their dodge animation is over arrow hits them dose 0 damage. arrows can also go through targets and do 0 damage take in all that then add server lag. all that damage you think is op is only landing like maybe 20% of the time by the averag player maybe 50% by a pro. people saying well bow has mobility we only get mobility at the cost of our stam and its hardly noticable FS and GA have better Mobility then we do and damage. honestly they need to buff bow make it hitscan within 15m cause real bows shoot 200 feet persecond on the low side… feel like im using a childs training bow with how slow these arrows move ive seen player stand still at 10 m and i shoot and they side step my arrow without dodge after i had already released the arrow that should have taken a fraction of a second to land. its absurd tbh idk about other servers but there was no one using bow at all mainly FS IG. people just started using bow in pve on my server cause they are just trying to level all the weapons ive talked to tons of people on my server and no one on my server enjoys pvp while using the bow if that tells you anything… my idea to fix it is simply give us hit scan withen 15m then make us have to lead shots cause that more realistic any ways i mean musket gets a instant dodge reload and hit scan FS currently hits harder and easier to use and more mobile and ig hits just as hard with a perma stun soo not asking for much.

As a glasscannon, my 1200headshots to heavy armor feels very satisfying…
Meanwhile Iam getting killed by heavy GA in 1.5sec
Yeah nerf the bow, because sometimes I can land a heavy attack headshot on light armor for 4-5k damage. Meanwhile firestaff boom boom boom me in 3sec for 10k.

People complaining about bow have probably never used it lmao. Anyways, bow was kinda butchered on pts. So guess the whiners got their wish

even if this were true, which it’s not, bow and musket should hit harder than other weapons anyways. both of them take a bit of skill to play well with and honestly should be rewarded for it.

Realmente esta usted muy equivocado. me puesto 450 dex y es cierto e logrado en outpost dar 1 solo golpe de 5k a un jugador que tal vez va con una armadura realmente mala, de resto incluso a mago con light arqueros con light el máximo critico con 450 dex a sido de 3.5 nunca mas pude repetir ese daño, pero cuente que para acertar 1 golpe requiere perder 20 flechas y no es por no saber jugar porque solo basta presionar 1 vez a/d y ya esquiva la flecha a demás que dura mucho tiempo en llegar tan solo basta con moverse un poco. de resto teniendo 300 dex solo es posible lograr críticos de 2.5k a jugadores con light con medio máximo 1.5 y con heavy 800 lo que sucede es que las personas hablan sin tener el conocimiento real de todo, a demas si se mueve con a / d y dispara una flecha dispara una flecha q va hacia la luna y a una velocidad muy lenta y se detiene a lanzar dicha flecha mientras un mago puede caminar mientras carga y dispara el proyectil sin perder la puntería y el proyectil de mago viaja como 10 veces mas rápido y tiene un impacto como de un cañon de tanque mientras que la flecha pasa incluso por medio de las piernas de los jugadores cuando corren. por todo esto no me puede decir q el arco esta roto solo porque un jugador que querias matar te mato y quedaste ardido y necesitas sacarte la espina diciendo todas las mentiras que puso aca y tengo pruebas para sutentar todo lo que aca escribo. cuando quiera hacemos video llamada y comprobamos a ver cuanta verdad ustede esta diciendo.

Even with Light Armor a bow user with a 500 GS would struggle to do above 1k. With the most ideal circumstances, fully charged, dodged for +20% damage, exactly the right distance away, and even then they will barely exceed perhaps 3k damage, and every attack from then on will be less than 1k if you can even hit it.

A HA side step is enough to dodge arrows with almost 85%+ success. Headshots & Leg Shots will be 100% miss. While body shots will require heavy leading on the aim.

Now in the time you had trying to maintain distance the enemy has managed to get close enough while you have close to 0 Stamina left waiting for it to regen.

You are now forced to go into a melee weapon, or die. Even then if you have the ideal bow build you are sitting on MA, or LA + 0 Stamina. Your melee better be sword/shield or they are gonna chunk you down quite quickly.

The moment you turn to melee you are now forced into a single weapon for the remainder of the fight. (In PTR currently it’s even worse as you can not quickly swap to bow, and fire off a shot, and swap back anymore.)

I played bow almost exclusively till the void gauntlet was released.

Yeah the bow can hit like a truck when you nail someone with a heavy headshot but do you know what does more damage? Reliably hitting someone with light attacks constantly with almost any other weapon.

I can’t see myself going back to the bow until they make some changes that make it’s damage a little more consistent.
