They just nerfed Path of Destiny into the ground to a 0.333 second stagger. It has the longest tell animations of any weapon in the game. If anything hammers attacks and ability animations need buffs to be sped up so it isn’t so clunky and slow to use.
Have you tried to avoid 5 synchronized mages with all ice storm and ice spike? No because you got Wiped after 2nd shot. Or maybe 5 synced bows/muskets at one target. You really would like to win 5 vs 1?
No thanks, I just avoid ice storm. If you see them throw it down, get out of it and you don’t need to worry. A mage’s job is to burst you down and they have mana costs/cd’s on those abilities. Path of destiny doesn’t cost anything and has perks to reset it’s CD and passives that also lower it.

It has a unique like a half second animation, if it hits you-it is your fault. And your fault only.
I’ve been in this forums long enough to know that you guys gonna complain against everything that you can’t kill by spamming left click. (there are seriously people here that think that the GA nerfs were unjustified lol)
For real though, just dodge this ONE ability(that isn’t even a real stun, in this game it is more like “sleep” in every other game) and you are good to go.
Hammer has no gap closer, the heavy attack roots you in place and is slow as hell, path was already nerfed
GA after these pretty nerf is bugged xd Thats why u feel it is weaker and they cant catch u, Reap is bugged after animation u doing 3 m step back thats why ppl swapped to maelstorm.
I think they need to reduce the dmg it does a little and reduce the radius the circle jump up and stun covers slightly and it would be is a good place.
It definitely is very strong right now, and provides an insane about of value.
Something tells me you skim through what people say and don’t actually read it. Never once did I say anything about the stun. The stun is easy to dodge and not an issue. I’ve said it multiple times now, THE PATH OF DESTINY used by MULTIPLE warhammers is the issue. Stop debating about things that aren’t being debated. You try to use spell, staggered… then staggered… then staggered… then staggered. If this has not happened to you then you probably don’t participate in pvp much. And just dodge this one ability? How many times do you think I can dodge path of destiny? I run out of stamina then the next 4-5 path of destinys stagger me over and over, not to mention the CD reduction perks you can get for it.
It’s not my job to balance these things, I am simple giving feedback on why multiple warhammers are OP and ruining team fights. I don’t develop games so I don’t know what all they can do with it to balance these sort of things out, but if there was a perk that gave reduction on how much you’re affected by cc, or made it where when you’re staggered you can’t be staggered again for a short duration, it may balance it a little more.
