stun lock? how? ig has no option to stun lock. its not as lagged as was before. dsync still there still last patch but it does not mean skill is op lol. and never had issue with switching weapon. also this is not related to skill.

When You guys gonna understand it. Riposte is perfect skill, when You perfect time it.
If I am running with it for over 600 hours, or 800, for example, dont expect me to waste it too much.
And most important, as enemy, You trigger the riposte, so blame yourself for not paying enough attention 
Imagine if all skills had the same activation time as riposte 
All of the sudden there would be a lot less skillful riposte users.
Yea, but You won’t guess how many times I have missed the riposte at the begining of my NW journey.
Imagine using rapier as primary weapon all the time. After 1k+ hours You gonna be good at it.

When you dodge you also become immortal for the same ammout of time and you dont need a rapier for that.
Shild block makes you immune for far longer though.

Not really. You’re essentially immune for the entire duration of riposte even if the stun portion isn’t activated. That’s much longer than a dodge. Also don’t forget that you’re regening stamina the whole time. Riposte should probably only activate if hit from the front and sides.
Also why does it immune everything(literally)? There are many attacks that a shield cannot block, why should riposte be able to? I also realize that this is a weak point but in most games, abilities like this are usually on HIGH cooldowns because they’re meant to save your life every once in awhile.

To be fair, ice shower, as well as all other roots, got a big nerf in the form of being able to dodge while rooted(PTR). Riposte however… in my opinion, you should be able to backstab it without the second portion activating.
